Job Description
As a Long-Term Care Aide at The Meadows of Ottawa, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and make a real difference in their lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in caregiving.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license is required for this position.
