What You'll Do
You'll contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses. You'll also educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care. If you spot safety hazards or emergency situations, you'll keep residents safe.
Requirements
We're looking for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses who have obtained their license prior to hire date or job transfer date.
