Job Description Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for the Sales Department at the community, and is responsible for the following (but not limited to) primary functions:
- Meeting or exceeding the monthly sales goals of the property and company for moving in residents
- Working with team to coordinate move in of new residents
- Conduct tours of the community for new prospective residents
- Provide Sales Training to all staff related to sales, sales functions, department communication, positive engagement, and relationship building.
- Conduct outreach in the community to generate quality leads for the property (that convert to move ins- should be done several times a week)
- Complete all admission paperwork in accordance with company standards and applicable agency regulations.
- Complete weekly and quarterly sales reporting
- Work daily within our CRM lead system to complete calls, update leads, and utilize the system to company standards
- Work with management team to seamlessly coordinate move ins to the property
- Manage the internal marketing budget
- Develop relationships with prospective residents and families
- Maintain engaged relationships with current and admitted residents and families
- Make sales, collect checks and community fees
- Work with team to ensure adequate promotional products, and participation in community events to market the property
- Develop a community network of relationships (including hospitals) that consistently provide quality leads and referrals to the property
- Coordination of/engagement w digital/social media
