QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4 years' experience demonstrated skills coordinating / leading projects or processes.
- Proficient in Excel & using corporate systems
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong prioritization skills
- Mentoring and leadership skills
- Knowledge and experience of process improvement concepts and practices, such as Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
YOU WILL LEAD THE END-TO-END PROCESS BY:
- Directing the Royalty Distribution process from usage data ingestion to the distribution of payments to Members
- Lead cross-functional projects directly or indirectly connected to the E2E Process. This will include project planning, meeting facilitation, team communications, measurement strategies, etc.
- Communicating deadlines to the team and monitoring the status of task completion throughout the process
- Tracking the completion of tasks using automated system updates or source documents from process owners
- Identifying issues and risks in the process and recommending possible solutions to improve efficiency
- Engaging next level leaders to address bottlenecks or disruptions risking material process delays
- Facilitating meetings to align with process steps, get updates and follow up on action items
- Specifically directing the prioritization of usage processing to maintain a high level of quality and continuously identifying improvements for the DSP experience
- Documenting the outcome of the 75-day process cycle to evidence the work done with each cycle including variances to the planned process and resolutions
- Creating presentations to communicate process steps, process change, and roles and responsibilities
- Assisting in the prioritization of process improvements and documentation of policies and procedures
- Creating training materials
- Mentoring and training others on the team; continuously coaching for peak performance
