We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our team, ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
As a Clinic Manager, you will:
- Lead, guide, and support all clinical staff members, ensuring efficient and high-quality operations.
- Manage daily clinic activities, including physician schedules, patient flow, technician schedules, and exam room stock levels.
- Oversee performance management, providing training, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to maintain a high-performance team.
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints, ensuring a top-tier patient experience and satisfaction.
- Supervise clinical equipment maintenance and ensure timely repairs and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with medical practices, HIPAA, and OSHA standards at all times.
- Contribute to the annual MIPS submission and participate in community outreach activities in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
- Coordinate special clinic projects and maintain relationships with providers and staff to meet operational goals.
- Fill in as a scribe or clinical technician as needed to support physicians and ensure smooth patient flow.
You will need to have the following:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years medical support services experience; 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) certification is required (can be obtained within 6 months).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle patient interactions professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and Microsoft Suite (Excel experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and resolve issues within the team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
