Duties

- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options and health management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

- Collaborate with behavioral health specialists when addressing mental health concerns.
