- Handles phone center and greets visitors.
- Directs all incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Assists all visitors, staff, or applicants with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assists with clerical duties as required to maintain and to support seamless operations.
- Assists wit processing of applicants, as needed.
- Maintains application log, files, and correspondence
- Types general correspondence and reports.
- Handles the mail according to company policy.
- Performs monthly office supply inventory and orders office supplies as authorized by supervisor.
- Participates in professional growth and development.
- Participates in educational programs appropriate to functions.
- Demonstrates customer service attitude.
- Fulfills additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary.
