The ideal candidate will have management experience and familiarity with Alzheimer's, dementia, perineal care, transfer techniques, bathing and med passing. Additional qualifications include:
This position will require you to manage/supervise multiple locations!
- 5 years of staff management- EXPERIENCE A MUST!!
- Experience with managing multiple locations
- Able to work rotational weekends/on-call
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assisted Living or Independent Living Experience Preferred
- Must be able to assist covering shifts
- Provide patient care when necessary
Area's of coverage: Westland, Dearborn, Farmington Hills, Riverview and Southgate.
