We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Assistant to join our TEAM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist HR team with hiring and screening potential candidates
- Screen and select resumes
- Conduct screening of candidates on phone
- Arrange and send interview letters to candidates
- Display job positions on various websites
- Assist recruitment staff in researching additional positing options
- Prepare, track and organize all new hire documents
- Assist Recruiter with Community Events/Job Fairs
- Provide general Administrative support to HR Department and HR Manager
Qualifications/Experience:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
· Solid work experience with the ability to provide outstanding professional references
· Excellent organizational skills
· Exceptional time management
· Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to multitask and re-organize daily tasks to meet business needs
