What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor/Staffing Coordinator position at THE MEDICAL TEAM?
You must have patient care experience and willing to supervise staff as well as provide care to seniors.

The ideal candidate will have management experience and familiarity with Alzheimer's, dementia, perineal care, transfer techniques, bathing and med passing. Additional qualifications include:
- PCT or CNA Certification & 3 years of experience
- Staffing Experience
- Able to work flexible schedule
- Able to assist with weekend on-call rotation
- 5 years of staff management
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $19 - $23
