Qualifications
A MD / DO degree, board eligible or board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry.
Demonstrated expertise appropriate for appointment as an Associate Professor or Professor at UF Jacksonville School of Medicine
Demonstrated personal and professional commitment to valuing diversity and promoting inclusion by modeling and fostering diversity and cultural proficiency.
Superior track record in building and / or contributing to collaborative team cultures.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent.
Unquestionable integrity and personal ethics.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Interest in participation in multidisciplinary clinical research is encouraged, with protected research time available for qualified candidates.
