Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various dental procedures. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Epic software.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in infection control practices and techniques.
• Ability to perform patient assessments effectively.
• Familiarity with medical records management systems is a plus.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
