Position Highlights :

Leadership Opportunity : Serve as Medical Director, overseeing cancer services, strategic growth, and guiding APPs with 10% protected administrative time
Comprehensive Support : Practice includes 3 Hematology Oncology providers, 1 : 1 APP support in a state-of-the-art facility
Ideal Practice Setting : 24 infusion chairs, EMR transition to EPIC underway, and access to Vanderbilt multispecialty care and tumor boards
Collaborative Culture : Support from Vanderbilt leadership and engaged hospital administration

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Salary : up to $730K annual compensation with a 2-year guarantee

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $50K plus relocation support

Comprehensive Benefits : 6 weeks PTO, 1 week CME with $1,500 allowance, 403b with 5% match, malpractice coverage

Student Loan Repayment : Up to $50K assistance available
