We are seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our busy practice of experienced orthopedic surgeons. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a region-leading multispecialty healthcare system in the Midwest.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a 4.5-day work week, balancing clinic and OR time, and have a strong interest in innovative orthopedic treatments and cutting-edge technology.

Professional Details

• $775,000 base salary with RVU model and retention bonus
• $200,000 sign-on bonus (in the form of a community needs loan)
• 1:6 call schedule (additional pay for any extra call taken)
