Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders.
Provide therapy for conditions such as speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, cognitive delays, fine / gross motor delays, and sensory disorders.
Educate families on therapeutic techniques to support treatment goals at home.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Qualifications :
Degree : Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Licensure : Current Arkansas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certifications : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
