About the Position
- Take over an established patient base from a retiring Urologist
- Work in a 99-bed hospital with a multi-specialty clinic and dedicated urology facilities
- No competition within a 3-county radius
- Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 3 days of clinic work and 1 day of surgery
- Access to modern surgical facilities with a da Vinci robot
- Current volumes: 6-8 patients per day with potential for 15-18
- 10 days of call per month with light volume
Compensation and Benefits
- $576k base salary (based on experience)
- Additional collections-based bonus opportunities
- $30k hiring bonus
- $5k CME allowance/1 week annually
- 28 days PTO
