Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients’ health status.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, for both GYN and wellness services.
- Provide discharge planning and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record
- Offer care for common diagnoses and manage chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Stay informed about advancements in medical terminology and best practices in health and wellness .
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of Women's Heath and physiology.
- Experience with discharge planning and medication administration.
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and managing medical records.
- Familiarity with infectious disease care protocols is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
