The Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons in Garland, TX has an immediate need for a Groundskeeper/Porter!!!
Duties:
- General landscape - cutting grass in patio areas, watering plants, trimming and leaf blowing
- Emptying all common area trash cans
- Trash outs and some painting
- Pressure washing
- Changing locks
- Delivering notices
