The Medve Group, Inc. seeks a polished and professional Leasing Manager for our beautiful St. Louis community, Lofts at Forest Park.
The ideal candidate will be expected to generate traffic through various marketing efforts, scheduling of appointments and providing tours. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for assisting with all property operations including: resident relations, event planning, rent posting, vendor management and leasing.
Requirements:
- 1 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in sales, leasing, networking and/or outreach marketing
- Strong computer proficiency and excellent paperless document management skills
- Onesite knowledge
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal skills
