The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent at our beautiful North Dallas community, Preston Heights Apartments!!!
The ideal candidate will act as a company representative conveying the benefits of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. He / she must be able to demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent customer services skills are required. A willingness to learn the industry and adapt to various situations is essential. Furthermore, a confident and persuasive sales mentality is necessary!!!
Duties :
- Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
- Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork.
- Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves.
- Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations.
- Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities, such as newsletters, parties, etc.
- Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community.
