What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser Server Assistant position at The Melting Pot | Troy?
We are looking for energetic individuals to assist servers with daily activities with the potential for promotion to server. Part-time positions are available. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. Experience not necessary, we will provide training.
Responsibilities:
- Help servers to create the Perfect Night Out for our guests.
- Clean and reset tables.
- Assist servers.
- Perform side work.
Requirements:
- Able to work for extended periods on your feet.
- Able to handle physical requirements of kneeling, squatting and bending over.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Able to adhere to established safety practices and hazardous materials awareness.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
