- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Open door and greets guests entering and exiting the restaurant, establishing a professional, hospitable rapport with each guest.
- Maintain positive guest relations and exceeds guests' expectations by promoting and reinforcing The Melting Pot culture around The Perfect Night Out.
- Perform as part of the team, executing opening, running and closing side work assignments.
- Good phone skills
- Able to learn and use Open Table reservation system
- Passionate about customer service
- Able to work in the early afternoon, as well as dinner shift until 9:00 or 10:00pm
