Server Lead is a supervisor in training position. You will learn how to execute all aspects of restaurant operations. Server lead responsibilities include assisting with daily dining room service, delegating tasks to FOH staff, communicating with guests and ensuring compliance with company standards.
This role is right for you if have excellent organizational and team management skills with a desire to grow in the restaurant business.
