Located in Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza, The Melting Pot is a unique, interactive, special occasion and celebration restaurant that specializes in the Fondue Style of dining. We are a growing brand that offers an extensive and diverse menu paired with award winning drink and wine lists in a modern, upscale environment.
The Service Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in guest service and satisfaction, maintaining sales goals, employee retention, training and hiring, implementing and maintaining service systems, cleanliness and sanitation, and delivering the Perfect Night Out to all who dine with us.
