Who we are: a family law firm that has served the Greater Orlando Area for nearly twenty years. We take our jobs and our client's cases seriously, but we do not take ourselves too seriously.
Who you are: an energetic self-starter that is able to anticipate the needs of your teammates and clients. You are able to think on your feet and deliver excellent customer service to clients who may be experiencing stressful and traumatic situations.
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain and renew firm insurance policies
- Review contracts with vendors, maintain existing relationships with vendors while promoting new relationships
- Manage payroll
- Assist with firm's budget
- Field HR issues and administer firm policies and procedures
- Complete new hire onboarding and orientation
- Organize office operations and procedures
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Clio and Lawmatics legal software
-Quickbooks, ADP experience preferred
- One year law office experience
Required Experience:
- One year of proven experience in office management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
