Our Consultant Expert will play an important role in the overall success of our company! The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with people in a meaningful way and have a hands-on approach that will contribute to satisfied and loyal clients.
*PART-TIME POSITION*
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience in sales operations or sales support
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks
- Exceptional communication skills both orally and written with clients and internal colleagues
- A professional and kept appearance
- Knowledge of the products and brands we'll be working with (Training Provided)
- Know how to use a computer and learn how to properly operate our CRM
Responsibilities include:
- Actively participate in showroom hospitality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Pull sample requests and maintain sample library
- Perform routine showroom appearance maintenance
- Routine correspondence with clients in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist in all showroom events
- Maintain client database for follow up purposes
