- Be able to commute to the office as these are not remote internships

Clinical:
ITT/ CATT –
Care Transitions Team (CATT), is a longer-term program that was designed to support individuals with a mental illness who are released from correctional or inpatient hospital settings, to improve patient outcomes and reduce recidivism.
The Intensive Transitions Team (ITT) program serves a population with significant mental health needs and complex medical requirements, intending to rapidly connect patients to needed services, benefiting both the community and the patients themselves through improved mental health and reductions in emergency medical costs.
Residential
Residential Programs are responsible for providing support with daily living and mental health management in a 24/7, community-based adult residence. The role focuses on enhancing residents' independence, encouraging skill development, assisting with symptom management, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Residential Programs work collaboratively with the treatment team and community agencies to deliver comprehensive, wrap-around support for each individual. The focus is on using effective, evidence-based practices to support residents' well-being and growth.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day household management, transporting residents to and from appointments, shopping, extracurricular activities, and other essential destinations. The program requires the ability to form therapeutic relationships, think critically, provide timely interventions, and take initiative when needed.

Human Resources:
· The HR Internship at MHCGM offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in but not limited to human resources within the behavioral health and nonprofit sectors. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting HR functions in an organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with severe mental health challenges.
· Interns will gain exposure to various HR activities, including recruitment for behavioral health roles, onboarding new employees, and assisting with employee relations initiatives. You can help support the HR team in posting job openings, and reviewing applications for candidates passionate about making a difference in the mental health field.
· Additionally, the internship could involve maintaining HR records and participating in employee engagement programs aimed at fostering a supportive, compassionate work environment. Interns will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and policies within a nonprofit organization.
· The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, a passion for supporting those in behavioral health, and a commitment to the values of service and empathy that are central to MHCGM's mission. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role.

Information Technology:
- Active Directory Audit
You will be responsible for validating Active Directory (AD objects against a master list to ensure accuracy. This includes identifying objects that have not been updated in over 30 days and verifying that all objects contain current and consistent information. - Restructure IT's SharePoint
You will conceptualize a more organized and efficient folder structure for IT's SharePoint site. Afterward, you will develop a new folder and data structure for review and approval. Once approved, you will collaborate with the team to implement the updated folder structure. - Help Desk Support
You will shadow team members and assist in answering calls, gaining hands-on experience in addressing a range of IT issues. Additionally, you will work alongside the team to resolve problems and assist in responding to support emails. - Asset Management
Your role will involve conducting a physical inventory to compare on-site assets and employee-held items with the records in the Web Help Desk. You will identify and resolve any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, and enter unlisted assets into the system to ensure accurate tracking. - Client Computer Builds
You will learn how to build hard drives tailored to specific organizational roles, gaining experience in assembling computers for deployment. As part of the team, you will assist with rolling out new systems, while also gaining knowledge in the installation and configuration of specialized software. - Support for Network restructuring
You will provide support to the Systems Administrator in tasks related to the network restructure. This includes performing testing as required to ensure the successful implementation of changes and assisting the help desk with tasks associated with the restructure.
