Job Description:

The Behavioral Health Clinician provides services for Level I clients in the Bedford Counseling Associates department. Bedford Counseling Associates specializes in shorter-term counseling with adults, seniors and families. The ideal candidate would have experience with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, motivational interviewing skills, and solution-focused strategies. Hybrid work available and supported. Monthly peer collaboration provided to maintain licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities consist of assessment, diagnostic screening, treatment planning, safety planning, ongoing care, and referrals to community resources with your identified client. Interdepartmental communication around patient needs, timely documentation and consistent follow up with patients as needed. Some basic case management services with eligible patients.

Licensure/Education:

· Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required

· Licensure in the state of NH (LICSW, LCMHC)

· Pre-licensure candidates will be considered
