Job Description:
Our case manager provides mental health services to children and adolescents as a part of a community-based treatment team. The position provides an opportunity for rewarding work with families in need of mental health support, consultation with dedicated colleagues, and many growth opportunities
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
· Case management, including an assessment of the needs of the child/adolescent and family
· Active collaboration with community providers and services
· Using therapeutic skills
· Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff
· Developing treatment plans utilizing an electronic medical record
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.
