Job Summary :
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the development and execution of high-quality, cost-effective clinical programs. The COO will be responsible for the overall implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with the MHCGM's mission, vision, values and goals. The COO will oversee program development, clinical compliance, and operational efficiency while fostering innovation and collaboration to meet the diverse needs of the community. This role requires an experienced leader with strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills to drive innovation in patient care.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide management oversight for clinical programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with clinical and medical leadership to maintain the highest standards of care delivery, focusing on access, quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
- Ensure programs meet state, federal, and other applicable standards, including those specific to Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC).
- Develop and implement high-quality, cost-effective clinical service models.
- Monitor clinical workflows, productivity, and performance to optimize service delivery.
- Analyze clinical, financial, and legal data to inform decision-making.
- Lead process improvements and system redesign to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and project management skills to address challenges proactively.
- Foster a collaborative environment among leadership, staff, and stakeholders to drive organizational success.
