MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the VP of Regions is to drive growth, operational excellence, and team development while aligning regional efforts with MA's goals to achieve sustainable success and community impact.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Leadership:Provide leadership and strategic direction that align with MA's goals to the regional Executive Directors

2. Regional Integration: Drive cohesion across regions by ensuring consistency in policies, processes, and performance standards.
3. Advocating to Central Support: Serve as the primary liaison between regional teams and central support ensuring regional needs and priorities are effectively communicated.
4. Lead Launch of New Region: Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan for new regional operations alongside the VP of Expansion.

5. Hire Executive Directors: Assist in the recruiting and selection process for Executive Directors in all regions.
6. Fundraising: Implement fundraising strategies to support regional expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or experience equivalency; related master’s preferred
  • Proven people and organizational leadership skills
  • Proven ability to provide strategic leadership for multiple locations
  • Proven ability to build strong and healthy relationships with all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build strong result-driven teams
  • Ability to shepherd and disciple staff from a biblical worldview
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve growth and solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated crisis/risk management skills
  • Proven character, refined in multiple organizational settings
  • Non-profit ministry experience preferred
  • Experience establishing organizational and programmatic systems and processes required

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
