Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Interaction:
- Warmly greet guests within one minute of being seated.
- Present the menu with confidence and provide detailed explanations of dishes, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Anticipate guests' needs and deliver personalized service.
- Offer recommendations, including upselling wine, cocktails, and menu enhancements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely entry into the POS system.
- Confirm orders with guests to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all items meet Ember Steak's presentation standards.
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle check presentations and payment processing efficiently.
- Assist team members during busy service periods.

- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Previous serving experience in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.
- Strong menu and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktail pairings.
