The Merker Group (a Boca Raton, FL based legal recruiting firm serving the top law firms in the country), is working on a role for a top Nationally recognized law firm with an office in Miami.
The Miami real estate partners seek a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of experience.
The position will have significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions.
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a solid academic background are required.

Compensation is at the top of the law firm model (so only strong candidates will be considered).
J.D. plus the Florida bar is required. Peer law firm or similar experience is required.
Salary : $260,000 - $390,000
