We are seeking someone with proven experience as an Art Director to join the Horizon Experiences team. Art Director Responsibilities
- Partner with project leads as the representative of art to develop strategy, creative vision, and technological innovation for projects.
- Define Art direction in new product experiences aligned with Meta's vision for the metaverse.
- Inspire top-tier art execution. This involves not just meeting industry standards, but exceeding them, pushing the boundaries of what's possible and setting new benchmarks.
- Effectively influence leaders and key partners across Horizon to gain alignment, communicating with conviction through visual storytelling.
- Partner closely with product, design and engineering to identify opportunities for feature enhancements that would elevate the quality and user experience.
- Work in synergy with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers to enhance our products' market appeal, and ensure it resonates with a global audience.
- Work cross-functionally, balance the needs of stakeholders, and break down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas.
