JOB DESCRIPTION

IT Program Manager

The Metamorphosis Group, Inc. (TMG) is seeking a qualified Task Order IT Program Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Assist, lead and participate in developing technical systems / software modeling standards, guidelines, best practices and approved techniques / approaches in support of an Agile, cloud-based project.
• Lead the implementation teams with creating physical and logical data models.
• Advise project, application and other relative teams to assure alignment with enterprise data strategy.
• Collaborate with business and users to advise the development of design specifications that will improve the performance, usability and effectiveness of customer-facing interfaces and operability.
• Create, execute and perform technical project work plans.
• Responsible for the technical project (resources & scheduling) for solution delivery.
• Responsible for communicating project status to customer and coordinating control gates.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have demonstrated ability to interact on a daily basis with all levels of personnel.
• MUST BE US CITIZEN
• MUST HAVE ACTIVE TS / SCI with FSP
• US Veterans Preferred

Technical Requirements

Can troubleshoot basic computer or communication issues. Able to perform pivot tables and advanced functionalities. Master at Excel / similar spreadsheets. General office equipment and programs, such as MS Office or Adobe products.
