- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding meter reading services, meter installations, billing inquiries, and other related issues.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving their concerns.
- Handle escalated calls and customer complaints professionally, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction and escalating unresolved issues to management as needed.
Qualifications
