We are currently seeking a motivated Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, will support regular service assignments, warehouse operations, and complete deliveries throughout New England.
Schedule:
This part-time position offers flexible hours within our regular business schedule of Monday through Friday. The weekly schedule will be determined collaboratively between the selected candidate and management, based on business needs and candidate availability/interest. Open communication is essential.
Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Assist with field service tasks, including water treatment services, HVAC equipment cleaning, and potable water testing.
- Drive a company vehicle to make deliveries throughout New England.
- Prepare and package warehouse orders for third-party carrier pickups.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse.
- Support service operations and assist service staff as needed.
- Report any vehicle issues or job-related incidents to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license in good standing (required).
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Trade experience (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing) is a plus.
- Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, or plumbing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
