Biweekly Hours: 16.00
Shift: 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am

- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Labor and Delivery
- Postpartum Care
- Invasive and Non-invasive ventilation management
- Evidence-based patient driven protocol pathways
- Critical thinking and time management
- Multi-disciplinary patient care management
- RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers, PT/OT, Speech Therapy, Dieticians
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
- Possess and maintain an active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Active Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license from the Ohio Medical Board
- Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification
- Reliable transportation to travel to other MetroHealth facilities as needed.
- 3 years of experience as a RRT in a critical care environment.
- Extensive experience with mechanical ventilation, airway management, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Possess a Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the AHA
- Possess an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) form the AHA
