Responsibilities and Duties
Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Deliver checks and accept payment
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Work with other staff as a team
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an elevated restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and have the desire to work and learn from an amazing team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 30 pounds, and be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must work well under pressure, be punctual and professional and be excited to join a team of co-workers dedicated to detail
- Must have the experience and a positive service driven attitude
- Food handlers’ card and Title IV alcohol certification
- Reliable transportation
