As a Clinical Trainer, you will work closely with the organization's Director and act as a Project Manager to support various institutes in developing and delivering behavioral health education and regulatory training to staff and community partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and implement a variety of professional development opportunities for staff and community partners to enhance knowledge, skills, and competency.
- Utilize a social justice lens and public health model to develop curricula for adult learners, focusing on community-based health perspectives.
- Create and design curriculum that adheres to quality and regulatory standards, meeting State, Federal, grant, and funding source mandates.
- Facilitate live, online, and hybrid courses and training sessions for staff, community stakeholders, and non-profits.
