Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data, recording transactions, and ensuring the proper documentation of accounting activities.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Support the finance team in budget tracking and monitoring.
- Help manage donor records and handle related financial processes.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and other financial reviews.
- Communicate with vendors and donors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
