Position Summary :
As a Tax Preparer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality tax preparation services to their clients. You will leverage your experience and knowledge to prepare and review individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns using ProSeries software
- Prepare 1040's tax forms
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements
- Conduct thorough research to resolve technical tax issues
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify tax-related questions
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay current with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
