**Residential Services Program Lead**
The MH Group LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager for Developmental Disabilities Services to lead our residential services programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for residential services, ensuring exceptional care and support delivery to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Programs: Design, develop, and implement residential programs and services that meet client needs and enhance quality of life.
- Lead and Manage Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor program staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Foster Partnerships: Collaborate with families, caregivers, community partners, and regulatory bodies to support program goals and client outcomes.

Qualifications:
