Summary : We are looking for individuals who are licensed as LMHC, LICSW, LADC I, or LMFT. Our Addiction and Recovery programs support individuals in their journey to overcome substance use disorders. We provide round-the-clock care through a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including Program Directors, Registered Nurses, Counselors, Recovery Specialists, and a Medical Director. Our comprehensive services include acute treatment, clinical stabilization, residential rehabilitation, and Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Use Disorders.

Your experience, knowledge, and skills will support the Addiction and Recovery division by :
- Leading management and supervisory staff of residential programs.
- Aligning program strategies with the agency's vision for high-quality services.
- Promoting independent decision-making and teamwork.
- Working with leadership and partners to monitor performance.
- Implementing marketing and service delivery initiatives.
- Assisting with responsibilities and hiring for vacant positions.
- Ensuring training on policies and procedures.
- Adhering to regulations and requirements.
- Providing regular supervision for professional development.
- Implementing performance improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Addressing concerns and participating in investigations.
- Assisting with service delivery as needed.
- Providing on-call support for programs.
What are we looking for in the Senior Program Manager?
We seek a dedicated individual with five years of experience in addiction and recovery treatment and three years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will hold qualifications such as LMHC, LICSW, LADC I, or LMFT, and possess knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, MOUD (Methadone / Vivitrol / Buprenorphine), BSAS regulations, community resources, CARF, SAMSHA, and DEA regulations. Proficiency with Internet, word processing, and email systems, the ability to travel within the assigned region / territory and provide on-call support, and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds are essential. A valid driver’s license and a registered, inspected vehicle are also required.
