This role involves managing cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities between design, engineering, and suppliers.
- Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project management and communication.
- Provide regular progress updates to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the flow of data between engineering and suppliers.
- Track development of new technology and innovations with suppliers.
- Develop processes with engineering to improve efficiencies.
- BOM management.
Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and interior systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Able to develop automations that integrate with Excel, Jira, and Catia.
- Experience with the 3dx platform.
