Join our corporate functions business operations team as a Business Operations Analyst, where you will drive effective and efficient processes and tools to ensure consistent and predictable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in the creation of the function's annual operation plan and conduct operational reviews to track and manage progress.
- Support portfolio management by tracking project prioritization, resource allocation, and critical milestones.
- Regularly monitor project status and oversee the ongoing delivery of projects tied to business results.
- Assist with budget management and routine analysis.
- Develop timelines and presentations to drive key deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Workflows).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience in project management preferred.
