We are currently looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our team.

Location: Tualatin, OR (Onsite Role)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in operations, focusing on extracting and analyzing operational data to derive meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel (including advanced features like Pivot Tables and Power Query) and/or Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously seek new knowledge and skills to enhance performance and overcome challenges.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex business problems.
- Collaborate with team members to understand and improve business operations and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations role focused on data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, project management, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and advanced analytics.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize complex operational processes.
- Extensive experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Strong expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Skills:
- Required: Operations, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Analysis, Excellent Communication.
- Preferred: Data Modeling, Workflow Analysis, Change Management, Metrics.
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
