Required Skills and Qualifications
">Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the development of interior or exterior components and systems (e.g., hard trim, soft trim, instrument panels, door trims, consoles, headliners, fascias, underbody trims, etc.).
">Solid understanding of automotive industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier capabilities concerning interior components and systems.
">- Proven experience in creating and refining technical product specifications and timelines to accelerate the development cycle towards start of production (SOP). ">
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferably CATIA V5/V6) for creating 2D/3D concept drawings, packaging layouts, and DFM studies. ">
- Demonstrated ability to lead innovative product or process development initiatives. ">
- Strong analytical skills related to manufacturing processes and cost analysis. ">
