Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Service Desk Manager to lead our team in Michigan. This role is pivotal in managing Desktop Support services and ensuring the efficient resolution of end-user computer issues.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the Service Desk operations, ensuring effective handling of support requests.
Manage computer inventory and supply levels.
Triage and prioritize end-user computer issues, providing resolutions efficiently.
Engage in results-driven projects that enhance service delivery.
Create and manage Service Desk tickets, routing them to the appropriate teams for further assistance when necessary.
Develop and review workflow documentation for the company knowledge base.
Train and mentor junior team members to promote a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Collaborate with subject matter experts from various departments and the Service Desk team across the organization.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a service desk or desktop support role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor, you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
