- Design and prototype medical devices and test fixtures using CAD.
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses to address unexpected failures.
- Derive design requirements, identify potential failure modes, and implement risk controls.
- Develop and document test protocols, reports, and maintain the design history file.
- Engage in group design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical strategy discussions.
- Communicate progress and estimates on project timelines and efforts.
- Present technical information to cross-functional teams and physicians in an accessible manner.
